Parents' Anniversary Cupcakes

My former MMU buddy wanted to celebrate his parent's anniversary (forgot to ask how many years *facepalm*). Anyways, of course I don't really have much idea on how to decorate, so I decided to use the Wilton grass tip this time around. Bought the tip for quite some time but have yet to try it until today! I love the output!

*Psst. they're green coloured cream cheese by the way*

Apart from this 25 fancy red velvet cupcakes, I made another 100 plain red velvet for my brother in law's office's party. (Time to expand my business to another big corporation in KL :p)

This will be my last project before my final exam. Hihi. I'm so worried for my finals! *Gulp!*

Kid's Birthday Cake

My friend ordered this for her colleague's daughter's 2nd Birthday. Her name is actually Humairah, but she is called Merah. How cute.

I think my teddy bear looks kind of funny. Better luck next time. :)

Danbo Themed

I've never heard of Danbo before, but one kid who used to came to my house after her UPSR and she's now studying QS in IIUM ordered this for her friend studying the same course in UM.

Well, I didn't know how to decorate well for Danbo themes, so I guess it didn't turn out really good, plus, I don't really know how to make Danbo. 

Look at this real danbo. Hurmm. 

My Best friend's Engagement Cupcakes

So, I made 160 cupcakes (80 red velvet + 80 chocolate) for my dear secondary school best friend's engagement. <3.

I was too busy I didn't manage to take a proper photo of all of them. Upon finishing the chocolate cupcakes I delivered them right away to my friend's house since she lives nearby. I finish up the red velvet later, only to realize that I forgot to take photos of the chocolate one!

Anyhoo, I found this photo from my friend's cousin's facebook. The chocolate cupcakes are on the back-left, and red velvet on the back-right.

Hospital Lab Technologist Themed Cupcakes

A doctor wanted to celebrate her friend's birthday, but she couldn't be around to celebrate. So she ordered this cupcakes for her dear friend, who is a lab technologist working in a hospital very close to my university.

Well, I am not familiar with the lab stuffs, and I'm not sure if the lab tech can recognizes the little stuffs I made. Haha!

They are lab coats, gloves, goggle and mask, conical flasks, blood bag, and blood collection tubes. ;)

My lovely friend all the way from London ordered this for her ex-colleagues in TM.

Haha, I even added the keychains from my collection. I kinda love the London part more than the others. I just realized that by using darker colours it makes the cupcakes look prettier and bolder.

Engagement Cupcakes

So this was ordered by a friend of a friend's friend. Haha, such complicated relationship. Anyways, that was supposed to be for the person's sister's engagement. I used 2.5 oz cups for this.

 I made the roses myself! It was my first time working with fondant roses.. I actually liked it in less petals..

And my peach coloured cream cheese frosting was supposed to be pink.. hurm better luck next time! I guess I added too much vanilla that it actually affects the colour.  Oh, and I somehow feel like the colour combination isn't that great, I should not put the leaves, or perhaps made the base white at least. Hurmm.

I made this Rainbow Cake for my Open House last Syawal and a friend of friend was attracted to it and decided to order for her 3-year-old.

Red Velvet Cupcakes - Graduation Themed MMU

This order was from a friend of friend. So my friend who have yet to try my red velvet actually promoted my cupcakes which she have yet to try at that moment, and they ordered 60 graduation themed cupcakes. I was thrilled since MMU was my Alma Mater for my undergraduate hence the excitement of making MMU logo. I wish if I were to graduate next year from UM, I would be able to produce UM logo as well! Hehe. 

Red Velvet Cake - Engagement & Birthday

My friend loved the Red Velvet Cupcake I gave him for his birthday, and decided to order 2 whole cake from me! That was supposed to be a hantaran for his sister's engagement. This was actually my 2nd and 3rd attempt of 9 inch Red Velvet Cake. And of course, he was actually my very first customer!

The first attempt? Of course for my home's consumption! :)
